call or 3bet pre, never fold imo

turn, without the FD and with some supersolid reads, you could eventually find a supertight fold vs some players (and I'm even not sure it wouldn't be horrible).

What do you mean? I don't get it. They aren't the best hand in plo, but they play fine in most scenarios.

We're not defending hands like 9976ss, what makes 7744ss a good enough hand?

hands like double pocket have ~20% probability to flop a set (~25% in the entire board).

And (with position here), we can use those pps as bluff-blockers on some straighty board

More over, in this hand especially, we got a little connexion and one suited (not big, not going to overplay it, but it's still valuable)

I get that we hit frequently enough, but I'm wondering why this particular dual PP is good enough to play a big pot with from the CO.
I do recommend 3-betting hands similar to 7744 from the BTN. We have absolute position and there's 1 less player to act behind us. The CO though isn't really our fun position against an EP open.

I think it can't be a fold pre but with this particular button (75 vpip) etbrood actually has a point. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a fold therefore, I'd just flat.
