I think 66's are strong enough to raise, 2's to 4's fo sure limp. 5's 50/50.

I don't know on the flop. Maybe not raise at all given 3way.

I would set the cutoff point at 77 for raising the limp

I think this guy is very strong when he makes such a huge 3bet

T8/77 comes to mind, 99 probably raises the UTG Limp
I think 58s could be possible but he's kind of tight

he could also have some combo draws, and i don't think he's bad enough to overplay 2p on a straight board for 100bb in a limped pot

i would flat this raise and fold on a bad turn while rejamming on a good one.
