Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (8 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

CO ($4.90)
Button ($1.90)
SB ($2.05)
UTG+1 ($0.85)
MP1 ($6.75)
Hero (MP2) ($1.90)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q, Q
MP1 calls $0.10, Hero raises to $0.50, 4 folds, MP1 calls $0.40

Flop: ($1.15) A, 3, J (3 players)
MP1 checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($1.15) 7 (3 players)
MP1 checks, Hero checks

River: ($1.15) J (3 players)
MP1 checks, Hero checks

Total pot: $1.15 | Rake: $0.10

Since I hit nothing post-flop I played check/fold. However, in this case, after the opponent plays so passively (so that I think he doesn't have the A), shouldn't I play aggressive on the turn, especially considering I have a position advantage?

You should've c-bet on the flop. C-bet would be about .80, and that'd be a shove. So just shove it on the flop =)
