VILLAIN 26/5 IN 19 HANDS, playing at 1 table

i really cant fold overpair here vs him, he is probably overplaying some JX hands and he also has draws

i dont know what is a good line here, probably HU i would just gii on the flop, is that ok?

given is a mwp i just give him some credit and my plan was to calldown and go for stacks on a good turn

hi,

utg limp called there, im guessing hes a fish, and he could be check raising the flop with a wide range, or absolute nuts, more often he has the wide range. and the optimum line to play against a wide range is to call down, and on the turn A, hes probably having alot more hands like 9T TK KQ than Ax and the bet is small i think we can call one more street and fold river if he bets again.

raising the flop might fold out the draws which is a large portion of his range and isolate against the 2p sets+. unless u seem him go aggressive with draws and weaker hands like 2nd pairs before you get more value here by just calling and letting him bet it off.

thanks

Hi !

If i call turn i will have 4$ left on a 13$ pot, do u think i can fold river if T9, KQ, KT and FDs unimproves? If not I dont see the point of call turn, i think most fishes just cant give up his bluffs

Regards

hi,

you are correct that they will give him on his bluffs, which is why we call to fold to river bets, and bet for value if he checks.

it does not really matter what comes on the river, most of the time when he bets river he is going to have it.

thanks
