[Closed] Not Getting All My hands?

I have been using Poker Strategy Elephant for a weeks now with no troubles, but throughout the last week I have come to notice that I haven't been getting all my hands imported? I don't know if this is a problem with Titan Poker, or with the Elephant but I will play like 1k+ hands, but Elephant is only showing 117.... As I said it has worked for my fairly well thus far, as I have over 20k+ hands in it. But just recently not all my hands are going through. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks in advance.

Not more than that I got the same problem and also with Titan.

I am playing at Party and Elephant (PT3 too) reports i have duplicates, so it doesn't import all hands. Dunno why is that, but it could be the same problem.
Or maybe you got some subfolders in your hands history folder. It should automaticly import em but check it to be sure.

If you get disconnected during a hand and reconnect again, the hand when you were disconnected might not be saved to your computer. I get that problem sometimes.
