I suppose pre flop is fine, fish on BB helps as well.

Flop it's a tough spot, very close, given that RFI is very tight and his bluffs on the bluff could very well be only FD/combo draws I would not mind a fold at all on the flop. These guys tend to be very value heavy when cbetting in mwp, specially in these boards.

As for ranges, I would not lead anything on the flop. x/calling most draws, I think our range plays better overall that way since RFI is playing so honest, he pretty much faces his range up with his decision.

If standard reg cbets and fish folds, how many streets on blanks would you call?

Yeah, call flop against more aggro reg seems fine. Turn would fold this hand. I would call again AQs, A8s and AJs. And maybe we still have ATs on our range as well?

Now that I think of it maybe we don't even want a check/raise range on the flop.

I think having raise range is very important on draw heavy boards. He realizes his equity if not. We significantly reduce EV of his bluffs when raising flop. Hands like KQ will cbet and check back river. So he sees both cards cheaply.
If we raise all bluffs, we still have bluff catchers like AQs, draws, and we can also overfold turn or river since it is multiway, people bluff less.

Imo donk could be best.

Yes, but it's not easy to raise a flop where villain has AA/TT/ATo and you don't. And it's not like KQ has that much equity against our Ax.

You make some good points, but you have advantages in x/calling hands like 88 or ATs on the flop.

I'm not saying to not have a raising range on the flop, I'm saying I think it's fine to not have one.
