Villain is a reg, 23/19, 3bet 5.1% fold to 3bet 68% after 579 hands. AF 3.2
Decided to 3bet because of his high fold to 3bet + my AJ does well against his CO range.
After he calls, I reckon his range is strong and I decided to check call once because of my Ad. My plan was to continue in case of a diamond or an Ace came on the turn. When the J came, I was confused. Decided to check call once and give up.
How did I play the hand in general? Was 3 betting ok? Should I just call pre?
