I just wanted to know if this was the best line to take. I bet because i think i can still get value from his JQ hands, JJ 10J ect, and doesn't allow him a free card if he does have one of these hands. Also i dont have to call a bigger bet on the river if i was to check bet and he bets.

Hi DecMate

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: SB cold called a big 3-bet there versus you, how many TJ/JQ hands does he really have?

JJ is definitely there as is QQ/KK and of course at least 99/TT. So really you don't have a ton of value in a bet but betting small to try and get to showdown (while still getting a bit of money from JJ) isn't terrible.
