Pre Flop: (pot: 150) Hero has J♥ J♠

fold, Hero raises to 257, MP raises to 1,170 and is all-in, fold, fold, fold, fold, BB calls 1,070, Hero ?

Ran this in ICMizer and call range is TT+, AKs. JJ is listed at +2.16%. Isn't there a decent chance that one of them has QQ+ here? Just trying to understand the logic. Thank you.

Hello evolv87 ,

Something like this range looks fine to me. I think I'm going to fold the TT but JJ+ and AK is good enough IMO. The first player us going to resteal with tight range but we are ahead of it. The second player is total brain dead. He can have anything there. Thats why stacking of there is fine with our jacks.

Hey evolv.
not stalking you by the way just came across this hand and wanted to ask this...
when you put this into icmizer i presume u have to give mp1 a 3bet pushing range and also a calling range for BB, is that right?
Is that correct?
if so what range did u give them?, sorry i am trying to learn 3bet push/call ranges myself!
i tried on icmizer just now(dont know if iv done it right), but i put in all the stats and then gave mp1 3bet pushing range of 7.2%(99+, ATs+, AJo+, KQs).
then i gave BB calling range of 5% (TT+, AQs+, AJo+)

Then i hit the calculate button and its telling me QQ+,
Am i doing this right.? how do my presumed ranges look to you guys? and are they too tight would u reckon??

:f_cool:
