Pre Flop: ($0.06) Hero has Q♠ Q♦

UTG raises to $0.16, Hero calls $0.16, CO calls $0.16, fold, fold, BB calls $0.12

Flop: ($0.66, 4 players) 5♥ 2♠ 6♣

UTG checks, Hero bets $0.80, CO calls $0.80, fold

Spoiler

Hero shows Q♠ Q♦ (Two Pair, Queens and Twos) (Pre 67%, Flop 82%, Turn 75%)
CO mucks T♥ A♥ (One Pair, Twos) (Pre 33%, Flop 18%, Turn 25%)
Hero wins $4.87

UTG: VPIP 14%, PFR 21% - 254 hands
CO: VPIP 33%/PFR 39% - 50 hands

I considered UTG's cbet flop/check turn to be most likely a missed hand here. Picked up the initiative to take down the pot, or to protect the hand.
Other than CO's stats, CO is unknown with his/her tendencies.

River sizing? Block bet/fold as played?

I like the line flop turn and river. Sizing wise I think you could even go 2/3 OTT and maybe even bet/call the river since I think villain could still have 88-JJ in this spot (esp if he's playing 33/39). Given the price you would be getting OTR if villain shoves you would only need 21% (I think). But I like the smaller sizing anyway because he may call more often with a wider range or feel like he has fold equity and try to bluff you.

Not sure I would be bet/folding this spot, but I don't like check/calling since he checks behind everything we beat.

Yeah, check-calling was not an option here. The question was the sizing of bets on turn and river. Thank you for the input.
