How many sngs,mtts,husngs or cash game hands do pros play monthly? can you give me an average number of each of these games? also how much do you play your prefered game?

Its better to mention this in hours. I spend about 38 hours per week. Usually 32 hours of play time and 6 hours of review/coaching.

Its not the same if you play 16 tables for 3 hours or 1 table for 4.5 hours , in the first case your volume is much higher , so i guess it would be better if we mention this in games/hands played.

Yeah I kinda do and stick with my schedule unless I have to take that day off. ~4.5 days of "work" you can say. Two days for off from poker, one day for poker warm-up (review, coaching etc) and after that 4 days full grind (8-9hr per day)

Most pro poker plays do play a reasonable amount of tables to get the needed volume, it varies per player. I play up to 4-5 heads up tables whenever the action allows it.
Playing stt sng and 18mans with some 3200 games per month. Need to put lot more in last 4 months to hit my goal though. 30-32 tabling.
