The villain looks like a maniac. On the turn this raise for me looks very strong on this stack. In this situation this guy I think he shove here very often with weak/mid value hand, but this min raise... Is there a opportunity to fold a kings? And maybe I should bet on the flop little higher, especially with these guy on these board.

I would bet the flop bigger 3-way on this draw heavy board. I am going broke on the turn vs a maniac player like this, he can have overpairs and draws, he might even over-play A9 like this.
