hi

first things first, what's your sample size on these stats?
also, his squeeze% in this specific spot might be very different from his overall 3bet.

assuming that his squeezing range in this spot is somewhat close to his overall 3bet range, your play should be profitable due to the amount of dead money and the strength of your hand.
however, i prefer making a small 4bet (about $1.60) to put him into an uncomfortable spot and try to induce him into calling and playing postflop out of position with his weak range. it also allows you to have a 4bet bluffing range, which is something that you want to have against regs that 3bet wide like this guy.

maths of 4betshoving ahead:

let's calculate the ev of 4betshoving under a few reasonable assumptions:

let's assume that he actually only squeezes about 8% in this spot and only 3bet/calls with QQ+,AK, which is ~2.6% of hands (we don't need to actually know his whole squeezing range, since it doesn't matter what he has when he folds).
so, about 2/3 of the time he folds and you win all the dead money in the pot (0.15+0.15+0.15+0.05+0.80 = $1.30), while when you are called (1/3 of the time) your equity is 38.8% against his calling range of QQ+,AK.

so we can calculate the EV of 4betshoving:

2/3*1.30 + 1/3*(5.50*0.388 - 4.85*0.612)
+$0.59 (assuming i didn't mess anything up. this number makes sense, though)

so, 4betshoving is an easy way out. it's most likely not the most +EV way to play the hand, though.
