AK or drawy board

I feel like if we bet, we need to bet/call, however, I am not in love, because:

1-not everyone cbets this flop w bluffs
2-this turn hits our range great, so c/shipping wouldn't make much sense with a weak hand
3-if he has 1 pair Ax hand, I don't think he will c/ship turn with it at all

So we are left with a hand that's mid pair to the board and he decided to turn into a bluff or he has a stronger hand than ours.

If we bet, we get a call from Tx, Jx most likely just one street. Question is whether he continues on the turn with value and c/sh draws-semi-draws or he is likely to c to induce some of hits nutted hands also. And tbh, don't know. I think vs this guy, it's better to c/b turn because he seems reggish and I don't think he will come along for 2 more bets with just a pair of J/T and on top-he could be a bit tricky on the turn and take this line w a nutted hand. Also-we have nothing to protect against with a gutter, top pair, nut FD.

If I c/b on the turn what would you recommend on the river if
1) he checks
2) he bets

If he checks I guess he hasnt got a flush, surely that would bet? I guess a straight or set either c/c or b/f depending on the player??
If he checks then I am b/f to a shove right?

If he bets say 1/2 the pot I think I would call, that ok?

If he bets 1/2 on a blank-I am calling for sure.
