Hello, I am new at pokerstrategy.com. I opened a new account on pokerstars.com yesterday entering the marketing code "strategy-en". But in my menu requests I didn't find where to press to share my personal information with pokerstrategy. So I don't know if I am getting strategy points. Can someone help me please?

No, as to your question, have you made sure you followed all the instructions very carefully? It's very important to get it right, so I would be grateful if you would check the steps you went through to open the account please. If you did then please get back to us and we'll see if we can help.

It may of course be that you did follow all the steps correctly and there is maybe a delay for a day or two before the points show up on your account.
