It's hard to find bluffs apart from random spew, which is less likely given he calls twice with the fish still behind. If it was 2way, I'd call. With the fish probably a fold.

I would call preflop also KK+ so I would play the way he played with KK+ because I would see it as best hand vs your range.

It is clear that he has no clear bluffs in his range on river unless he floats super loose with fish in hand, so it means he would have to turn some pairs like TT-JJ into bluff. I think we cant give him all combos of TT-JJ in flop calling range because your range is strong and there is fish to act (I would fold all TT,JJ on flop), also if he calls some of them he probably doesnt bet all of them especially so big on turn

so I think your hand has very good blocker effect in general, but if he has not enough even possible bluffs in range then blocker effect is not enough to make a call.

fold river, pretty much whatever was said previously, no bluffs and he needs to turn a weaker pair into a bluff which I highly doubt he would.
