I would have shove if unopened to me but here I would fold. Especially with his stats and no antes.

They all have less than 10BB and I'd rather use my stack to put pressure on them on other spot.

I think I would call with ATo+;A9s;KQs; 77+ but I may be a bit too nitty.

First question I have what kind of SNG this is?
Based on BB the stack sizes are:
UTG: 8,95*200= 1.790
MP: 8,55*200=1.710
CO: 8*200=1.600
BTN: 7,5*200=1.500
SB: 14,7*200=2.940
BB: 7,18*200=1.436
Total= 10.976
So it's not a 6 (9.000) or 9 man (13.500) SNG. So I’m guessing this is most likely a 18 player SNG, but could be wrong ;)
At least I’m pretty sure it's not a final table.
Pre final table I most likely call with a range of 22+ A2s+ A5o+ K9s+ KTo+ QTs+ QJo JTs against a regular.
Based on stats he's most likely tighter, but I’m pretty sure QJs is a profitable call here.

I think most of them time you're flipping with him he is tight but he doesn't have much left so he shoves a very loose range, call might be okay here but I call here depending on my stack and which places get paid.
