Iv been playing a few non turbos recently and noticed nearly all the players have a very low PFR. Is there a reason for this? Im currently averaging about 20% and most the other players are about 7-10%
Is this common for this type of game?

Well what you mean by few games? If you really have played just a few games, it won`t give you reliable stats from villains yet. But overall I don`t think there will be much difference between turbos and normal speed games. In this level there is ton of bad players so I would not be so worried that tables are full of nits.
Are you sure these players are not just some random players who open tight but play loose otherwise like calling/limping a lot?

You should play at least 500 games before you can analyse your game.
In just a few game, for instance, I can play as loose as 35/33, but overall my game is tighter.
Well playing tight early is kinda standar even though 7 pfr is probably too tight but 10 seems decent.
Nevertheless i think you will find insane loose players on 1.50$ level.
