1. Firstly what is a 4 bet definition, as Poker software understands it to be ?
For example on a .50/$1 NL table;
UTG 3 raises to $3
MP3 re- raises to $9 (this is a 3 Bet right).
BUTTON re - re raises to $27 ( is this what a 4 Bet is in software stats) ?
2. In general on limits between NL 25 and 100 what is an advisable 4 bet range.

I think that counts as a 4bet, yes.

QQ, AK - not against nits, but otherwise always
JJ/TT/AQs - only in steal situations against aggressive tags.
Those ranges are good for SH not necessarily for FR.
