we played 8 hands yet, he raised all his small blind, probably a reggish guy ???. I don't know what to do he valuetowned me.

Preflop:

Resteal for this short stacks against this player. The sample is small but he is very loose for it.

Flop:

As played, call here is OK,

Turn:

One more call for this small stack is fine.

River:

Very nasty card its basicly make us to call villains push. Against unknown player like this one I like to call because often weak players are making stupid bluffs on senseless cards. Crying call is fine here IMO. Fold is also fine but I would call more often.
