SB: 24/21 over 71 hands, AF 2, 3bet from SB 66.7 (3), cbet flop oop 67 (3) ... so I decided to shove here because I have good equity against his 3bet range, obviously his range isn't probably 66.7% but even against 21% I have 51% equity so I can go busto here given that he's kind of fishy and he would be draw heavy in this spot a lot of the time right? can I/should I fold?

Hi joey1toe

Looking at two samples to really get a good idea of his frequencies will never work out. It can literally be anything there and throwing a number like 21% doesn't make sense because he doesn't bet/call 21% of hands.

If he has 21% range there he may bet/call only a portion of it.

With that being said I don't mind your line. It's definitely better than calling given his stack size/pot size.
