I am not a big fan of flatting this OOP with this stack sizes. Although, once he makes it so small, we can safely call as he gives us insane odds. We r gonna hit the board about 1/3 of the time and we are gonna hit it strong. Odds we are given are 25% and sometimes we can c/c on certain boards. It depends a lot on villain's 3bet range preflop, how he plays postflop and the ICM tax to consider whether 4betsh pre or flatting is better. Without much info, I like your line.
