whats ure flop line here notice that we are deep. would u call and ev turn or play aggr?

because its a cold 4b i think his range is more premium AA or very good ds Rundowns. when i call here pot is around 210bb and i have left around 230bb

I vote for calling OTF :)

You have a position, so use it, coz you are behind his gii range

Also, if he doesn't have hearts then he isnt gonna barrel off OTT and you will get a free card and get to the showdown cheaply

This. Also keep in mind that he pots the flop, so at this point in time he has a hand that's happy to gii otf. And like mentioned by kokot12345, you are behind vs the hands he wants to jam with.
