I would fold. It's not a clear +EV call, and you need to have a clearer read than "spazzy fish"
, to call here.
If he's shoving very wide, maybe like 55+ AT+ KQ+ you a little over BE. But without reads, I would just fold.

+1, not much to add here. If he's 50bb or less then you can start to consider calling a lot wider, 75bb is still pretty deep
