Good bluffcatcher or terrible spew? Opponent is a TAG,but I assumed he might have some worse hands than me on the river,such as a lower straight or a set, but I might be mistaking.

Preflop: Strongly consider 3betting this instead. I generally dislike flatting in SB

Flop: I think it's ok to checkraise sometimes, though I would usually flat

Turn: You should have a proper plan here. Do you bet small with the intention of folding to a raise? Do you just pot and jam the River? Or checkcall?

Checkcall doesn't have too much merits IMO - He has almost no air at this point, the turn basically completed all draws. Betting Turn and jamming River could be ok if he calls down with all sets and some overpairs. Bet-call Turn makes sense if you expect him to turn something into a bluff (like A9) or valueraise worse for value (I doubt it)

He seems nitty, so I think bet small and fold to a raise is probably good.
