I fold vs this guy, but I would call vs some maniac. Tough hand, but I think such a passive player will rather take a c/c line with a draw or not overbet sh turn. FWIW, I think you should consider raising the flop for value. He is not folding Jx, neither he is a FD, his pure bluffs are not that many imo. I also think that you should iso bigger. Something like 300-350. You are giving the BB realy good odds to come along with 87s and make your life hell.
