Preflop: when you play a short/mid stack strategy isolating these hands oop is definitely not a great idea so I'd just call or fold

Postflop: As played turn is fine.

I think by raising:
1> we could take down the pot PF
2> we got initiative, we might take down the pot on the flop via c-bet
3> our image is tight, my open raise range here is: 77+, AT+, A9s+, KQ+, KJs, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s, and my overall VPIP/PFR is about 13/13. So opponents will respect our raise and c-bet.

1) At 2nl I doubt this is common when someone is IP to you and your raise isn't huge. I expect you to get called here every time

2) This is again valid but we are OOP so our FE is smaller, especially versus a fish

3) Image does not matter much here unfortunately. Why? Because you are most likely playing a fish. Fish look at their hands and their hands only. He won't care that you play 13/13 and in fact he won't even know what 13/13 is..

Hi, thanks a lot, your reply inspired me to review my c-bet OOP, and I found that c-bet OOP is -EV!

For flop c-bet to immediately win, we need at least: 45% success
Rake: 6.67%
45% * 0.93 pot - 55% * 0.75 pot = 0.6% pot

And this is the OOP c-bet data from my db:

Ax board 20 (44.4%), 45
Kx board 17 (42.5%), 40
Qx board 15 (41.6%), 36
Jx board 13 (50.0%), 26
Paired board 10 (38.4%), 26

So, should we never make c-bet OOP?
Or maybe only against those having very very high fold to c-bet? Like over 80%?

FE required depends on your bet size.

The bigger the bet the more FE you need (fold equity).

Unfortunately cbetting is not as easy as "cbet here, don't cbet there".

It all boils down to positions, players, board texture, hand ranges, etc.

So in other words each scenario is different but you can have generalizations like not bluffing vs fish OOP for example.

So it seems that my raising range here (raising from SB facing limpers) is too loose: 77+, AT+, A9s+, KQ+, KJs, QJs, JTs, T9s, 98s.

I'm thinking about tighten it to TT+, AJ+, KQ, will it be too tight or it is a good range?

You generally have a hard time playing OOP with smaller pairs so I agree with tightening the iso raise there. Same goes for some of the smaller connectors that won't have even overcards often.
