UTG is 27/14 over 15 hands, this guy is pretty passive postflop judging by his stats so when he bets even if it's 1/2 pot it's strong enough to make me fold my hand, otherwise is shoving an option in this spot?

Why are you 3-betting and then just calling a 4-bet when the guy isn't even full stacked?

And why do we look at stats over just 15 hands to make decisions? 15 hands is unfortunately not a sample.

I do agree that as played flop is mostly a fold.

So when someone isn't full stacked I should either fold or shove a 4-bet? in this case it's so small that at nl2 it's usually AA or KK and ocasionally AKo, Aks...

His 4-bet is still 21 bb so that's not small at all.

If you think it's always KK and AA why call to begin with? You should be folding imo.

And what I mean by shorter stack is that villain is most likely fishy so he will stack off or call lighter.

If you 3bet here you do it for value, so if im 3betting here becasue he is fish I always stackoff pre. Otherwise just coldcall pre vs utg.
