SB: $46.43 (185.7 bb)
BB: $20 (80 bb)
Hero (UTG): $35.85 (143.4 bb)
MP: $25.75 (103 bb)
CO: $31.34 (125.4 bb)
BTN: $58.24 (233 bb)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with K K
Hero raises to $0.75, 3 folds, SB raises to $2.80, BB folds, Hero raises to $6, SB raises to $46.43 and is all-in, Hero folds

SB- 18/17 over 74 hands, AF 2.5 3bet 11% (27)

Folding KK preflop seems pretty tight but this guy did 3bet a UTG open and then shove vs a 4bet. If i'm folding to a 5bet then I should just call the 3bet.

Hi legand73

Preflop: 150 BB deep in these positions it gets close given the lack of information.

However, why are we 4-betting to begin with?

In these spots people don't 3-bet too light so he either has a bluff (and thus folding to 4-bet) or he has a strong hand that probably just goes all in (I don't expect a lot of 3-bet/calls although some calls are possible).

Call pre, play IP, keep his range wide especially if you aren't stacking off.
