Sometimes it doesn't track the buyin amounts correctly imo... I suspect if you look through MTT/STT some will not have any buyin amount. I'm not sure if HM has this function, but on PT4 you can somehow just update the summaries. But my apologies I don't play MTT/STT to know where this option is... I just know it is there.
You will have to manually enter these if this doesn't work... Or you try reimporting your HH's and MTT summaries.
