Preflop 3b for value and shove if he 4bets given positions and stats. Although he has a low ft3b , his RFI from CO is just 17, so his range is a bit stronger.
Would you go for 3 streets of value from his pp, or xback to induce a bet or a light call on the river. I usually don't see people xcall to showdown with 99 for ex in this spot.

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: We have the best hand here almost every time and you can definitely get called by pairs on the turn. So why not bet and then you decide if you want to get more value on the river? And I think this river is good.
