44 FT hot 75$ icm Q?

I do not like the raise, because BU/SB would 3bet hero too wide and the 44 is not enough good for call.

To be honest 44 would be my the bottom of my push-range, but I have just checked in the HRC and 55-66+ is suggested with a very small +$EV. And I think BU /SB would call wider than nash (e.g.: BU: TT+/AQ+ nashrange), that's why just 77+ is profitable push.

Shove should be fine if you don´t want to make crying b/c.
Good thing about shoving 44 is that nobody is really going to call you (expect BB) hands like T9s, QJs that they might shove against your min-raise.
Only option I see myself b/f is when both BU and SB get all-in or if BU/SB shoves and BB calls.
With 500k I would always open shove, with 700k you might b/f . With 600k I would likely decide on table dynamics. If players have been open shoving 1M stacks, then nothing wrong shoving 4-handed 44 for 15bb especially since it seems stronger consider that BB has 5BB and would likely call close to 20% of his range (unless he is scared money and fold to 1bb)
