I feel very bad about this hand but the reasons are not the money or stuff like that but because I have played against a super-fish (with all respect like a complete incompetent). I m not sure what I was thinking and by now I even not sure what the hell I should do (maybe because I have just ended my session and still not thinking rationally)

This what I think:
a) I should raise him on the flop very large to try to reach the shove in the following streets
b) on the turn make a massive very large bet to complete cover his stack and avoid the risk to see another heart on the river (as happened) due the fact that he has an heart holding 90% of the time.

Is my analysis right or I should do anything different (from my analysis and not from as played that's by now is very embarrassing!

Thank you! :)

Hi,

Checking flop is not bad, but I would also take c/r line against very small bet. You´re mostly ahead and can raise there to 0,4$ to then shove most turn cards.
As played: you should c/r turn, since you don´t want to give him free river card and with top set you don´t afraid playing for stacks.
River fold is fine, since he would usually check back showdown value hands and mostly bet with flushes

best regards,
