UTG: $5.07 (101.4 bb)
MP: $4.91 (98.2 bb)
CO: $14.95 (299 bb)
BTN: $5 (100 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with T T
UTG raises to $0.15, MP folds, CO calls $0.15, BTN raises to $0.40, Hero calls $0.38, 2 folds, CO calls $0.25

Preflop : I'm getting 2:1 on a call and since he had a full stack, i assume i can get all his money in case I hit a set.

Flop: ($1.40) 9 J 8 (3 players)
Hero checks, CO checks, BTN bets $0.36, Hero raises to $0.90, CO folds, BTN calls $0.54

Flop : I flop an open ender and check, villain raises small so i check raise assuming he is on a one card flush draw or perhaps he bet small on an overpair because of the texture of the board.

Turn: ($3.20) 7 (2 players)
Hero bets $2, BTN raises to $3.70 and is all-in, Hero calls $1.70

Turn : I hit my straight and bet about 2/3rds of the pot. Villain raises all in and at this point i'm pretty much committed and so I call.

River: ($10.60) 9 (2 players, 1 is all-in)

Hi,

Pre-flop call is fine. Postflop I would only c/c.
It is very unlikely he would fold there better hands and I´m not sure you want to play there stacks. Although against that small bet I would also tend to c/r for value.
Since you hit your draw then b/c turn is fine. He may still get all-in his flushdraws or have Tx himself

best regards,
