Not overly keen to raise flop vs his top pair+ hands that continue and we do block a lot of his worse draws. I'd rather take the good price and try bet him off his holdings later in the hand.
By the turn it seems pretty clear that he doesn't have a hand, adding to that that we picked up 4 more outs and I think raising is a good option there.
