FR NL25 Two pairs with AK in a coordinated board

Villain is an unknown. That's why i cold called. But i guess i could probably 3bet as well.
I don't understand his line. Turn donk could be a blocking bet.
What do you think?

Preflop: 3-bet for value looks like the better play here vs a smaller raise

Postflop: as played we should consider raising the turn small again and once he donks river after the flush completes it's hard to expect many worse value hands. And bluffs don't make sense.
