I submitted my government issued photo ID with both sides scanned for the NetBet starting capital. I'm unsure why I didn't pass the security check when the ID matches any info I would have entered when creating the account. Could someone please let me know what's up? Thanks.

Unfortunately no. Security departments (whether its ours or any poker rooms) will not divulge their methods of validation to anyone. This is to prevent scammers from finding loopholes they can exploit.
