Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: your raise is not huge preflop so MPs range should be wider as well.

With that being said I can't expect a ton of worse Ax there except a few suited ones so you rarely have more than 2 streets of value from his overall range. So river is mostly a check and then based on his actions/info either ck/call or ck/fold (info that we'd look for would be bet sizing tells, timing tells, etc).
