Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: you should respect turn raises especially if you plan to fold rivers. He can even have overpairs there or 2p+ given the action.

I suppose I expect random turn raises w/ air if it's possible that he has overpairs in his range pre. It doesn't surprise me that he would limp mid to high pps pre and the 2pairs seem likely aswell, but folding felt a little tight vs this fish.

How often do you see turn raises (or plays like this) to begin with? And how often are bluffs?

A call on a dry flop followed by a raise on a card that doesn't change much is usually a strong hand. Your hand is not strong... and if they bluff a turn like that what's to stop them from bluffing river too?

Calling turn to fold river is the best way to lose even more money.
