Villain cbets flop 75% multiway. On the turn I have GS plus FD plus I can often win when he checks the river. On river I rep FH k9s,99,JJ which wanted fish to come along on the flop and was scared to raise on 3hearts on turn.
I would do this with TT, ThA.QhA

imo flop is again very light call. raise would be imo better but with fish behind probably spewy. reg is betting into 2 guys with fish in pot, so imo TT is too loose, also your implieds when you hit T or straight are very low. River I would again check, he should have enough of busted draws, but this spot seems better than the hand with 99.

These guys in both hands cbets 75% in multiway. So what would you call on flop as bottom? River I think is better because to bluff because I block some straights and flushes plus lots of draws hit plus V has almost no boats here

I think that cbet 75% multiway can be observed only as rough tendecy of villian, that he cbets wider than usuall. But it can be that with fish in pot he is not that wide. Also on so drawy boards where he cant expect much FE, also he might cbet tigther. Also even if he does, most of his bluffs have a lot equity vs your hand. So I think in general it is not good to float in 3way spot with vulnerable pairs that dont have much playability, so if you think he is bluff heavy, then raise cbet should work better. But still I wouldnt do it with a fish behind.

Also on river, I think your blocker to flushes is actually not good. Villian will have hands like AxTh that will cf river, so you block that hands also and thus have less Fe.
Also why would he cbet flushes on turn and then check river? I think that is very uncommon in multiway spots but also HU. If he would have a hand like KxTh still he likely check/calls flop or turn instead of bet. So I think he will have enough of hands like AxQh and other draws that give up river, so that check EV is already very good.
