I decided to bluff 4bet him and got cold called. I know his range is pretty tight here, so is a cbet still profitable?

That's very close. If he is playing straight forward in this spot I do make the cbet because he can have AQ and AK what he can fold. He is obv. not folding TT+ here. I'd say nh if is playing straight forward in those spots.
