AT TPGK on flop after pre 3-bet

I think I played this one too tight.

I guess I should have raise to flop against his late raise or is a c flop r turn even an option?

It all depends on his limp-reraise range. Interestingly, the tighter it is, the better you are off. On the flop, you should be ahead enough to raise. On the turn, if he is loose - don't raise here. The Q is a bad card. If he is very tight, you are still ahead enough to raise. I suggest you play around in Equilab to see for yourself.

I'd advice against a turn raise (even if you are ahead) because it is likely to backfire. He'll fold or reraise a large part of his range. Neither is good. You target maybe KK only for an extra bet.

Raising flop looks good at any rate, but it may backfire too in that he will not always pay off in full.

The line you took isn't bad. It will get the maximum, or close to it when you are ahead.
