[FR] AJo (Table with antes)

Imho pre already a fold. WIthout any stats on him I'd estimate he has a pretty strong hand for raising 3BB from UTG - I mean the table ain't full but he still got 5 people behind him. You often see people doing that move with something like AA, KK, QQ... To reraise such a person from the button is imho a bit risky. Yeah if you see it as a steal (Can you even steal from UTG?) you can call to defend your AJo, but when he bets on the flop like this I wouldn't bet on TPTK being sufficient here. As i see it - if you believe TPTK is enough on the flop then why don't you shove directly? I'd have folded it pre or on his flop bet.

pre standard, but sizing too big even with antes. flop either call his donkbet if you don't want to get 3bet when you raise. If you raise you should be willing to stack off on such drawy texture.

@Fronzelneekburm and Rihard - I wrote why I raised/fold. Don't you agree with this explanation?

If you think that he is mostly on a draw when donking, then you have to call his jam. Otherwise your raise/fold doesn't make any sense.
