I think that he can seldom have pocket pairs and sets in his range.
Top two pairs and flushes are quite often in his range, straight is rare.

River check urges him to bluff more. Minbet clears more his range. Well played, I suppose.

we are putting him on a flush draw or straight draw on the flop/turn. the flush gets there but the straight misses. 47/27 is quite aggressive so he might see your river bet as weakness and try bluff you with a missed straight draw. He even might be bad enough to play this way with AsQs thinking he has a value hand. I would call this river for only 291 because he is very aggressive and the price is really good. If this was a tighter player I think it is a fold. tough decision though because it is for your tournament life.

thx
so against this particular opponent would be the best option just to c/c R and not try any blockbets, right?

well, there aren't many worse hands that he will bet river himself. you should only c/c river if you think he will bluff a missed straight draw and you will get more value by doing that than shoving and having him call 1 pair hands. I think there is more value in shoving river to get him to call worse made hands because fish tend not to bluff rivers when they miss and they will be calling stations with hands like A9 or TT in this spot.
