Hello Everyone , I am trying to save my hand history but its not working , save my history is checked . I can see the hands while im in client but when I open the folder there is nothing there .

May sounds silly but ... You have to click the "Apply Changes" pressing Ok doesn't save the ticking of that box ^^
Other than that, I got no clue and its Stars support time

check what you set in "keep hand histories for xxxx days" usually it should say 30
also: if you maybe use PT and you stopped "get hands while playing" then the folder is empty as well, because they are moved to processed files folder
Thank You a lot for the answers ! I have mannaged to solve the problem by just moving to Pokerstars 7 , but I have one more problem : Hold em Manager is not working at all , he doesent show stats and doesent show any statistics after importing the hands , can someone help ?

In the HM2 reports make sure to select your Stars Screenname as active player (Top left corner)
