On the river? His line is weird. For value, 44 makes sense, maybe some Ax, but i doubt it since he checked the flop and then bet the turn big. As a bluff - not really sure. There are a lot of possible hands, but the river is pretty bad for bluffing imo, since my hand is obvious to someone who can hand read.
