Villain: I have villain marked as a TAG. Fto3bPF: 33% (2/6), call 3b PF: 22% (4/18) F2Fcb: 27% (3/11)

PF: Standard preflop 3b for me should probably make it closer to $1 since it appears villain doesn't like to fold, so I figure we should try to maximize value by sizing it slightly bigger vs him? Preflop plan was to 3b/5b/get it in vs a 4b.

When villain calls I would expect him to do this with something like 22+,A9s+,K9s+,Q9s+,J9s+,T8s+,97s+,86s+,76s,AQo+. Do you think this is a reasonable assumption? Or too wide?

OTF: I figured options are x/fold, x/call and bluff induce or bet/fold. X/fold seems too weak since I have two overs + BDNFD and I didn't think villain would have that many "bluffs" in his range or bluff too much on this texture so decided to bet/fold with the intention of barrelling or continuing on some turns ( for example Q, K, A or :spade:s)

OTT: When villain calls the flop I figure he has TP+ and good draws here and maybe AxQ:spade:. On this turn I could barrel since villain will expect me to barrel scare cards often I think, however in this instance I felt it would be better to x/c the turn since:
1) it looks very strong since flushes completed and may only cause worse hands to fold
2) Villain can have a lot of better hands in this spot IMO ,e.g FH's , trips and made flushes
3) If he does and raises my Turn bet I may have to fold my TPTK + NFD depending on his sizing.
4) x/c'ing may induce worse hands to stab the turn eg, 99-KK or some :spade: draw.
5) I kind of play WAWB / pot control line and get to SD / hit my flush as cheaply as possible ( I think this is especially important on a scary board such as this one)

Plan was to bet/fold to a big raise/shove and maybe bet/call smaller raises.

OTR: What is the best line here? I felt like lots of worse hands would x/behind for a cheap showdown if I checked and I didn't expect him to bluff this River a lot, therefore I went for thin value from some weaker pair. When he shoved on me I think this should be an easy fold in hindsight since I think there are very few AX that call the flop ( literally AxQ:spade: IMO 2 combos) and again I don't think he suddenly turns a weaker PP into a bluff, so that means he's probably just straight up shoving for value with something like 67s but I felt like 6x for quads was so unlikely.

Preflop 3xing is too small oop, same as flop bet of >50%, I don't think you'd bet this small for value on a flop like this.

I don't mind checking the turn, it's ok, but I probably still prefer just betting.

Same sizing problem on the river too, this sizing is too small. It's not thin value here like you say, it's a clear value bet. People don't like to fold full houses so you are missing about 10bb of value by betting this small. If someone has a boat it won't matter to them what sizing you use.

However, because you bet small you are basically inducing so I think you kind of have to call. If you bet something like $2.20 and got jammed on I think it is a fold. Yes quads are unlikely but a stone cold bluff is even more unlikely and with weaker boats there is no reason to turn them into a bluff; he will always just call. So yeah I would bet/fold river for a decent sizing, and just put villain on 6x if I get jammed on.

Preflop is fine.

I probably tend towards x/c the flop. With 2nd nut bdfd we have some potential but don't necessarily want to build a huge pot for reverse-implieds reasons. Nothing overly wrong with cbetting though.

Turn x/c is decent.

River is fine, sizing is good. I think generally it's probably a river call for the chop although it's true in this case that both Ax:s and Ax:h are blocked and these are generally the most likely hands to float flop with. Any decent broadway could be floating this texture though including stuff like AQo or AJo. 88 is somewhat discounted when he doesn't bet turn also imo + there is 1 combo of 66 only.

I don't think folding would be ridiculous but I'd call at these limits.

Curious what's good about 1/3 pot OTR? Seems like we miss a lot of value vs 8x/99+ which I would say is the majority of his range, given villains stats and the check back Ax turn?

To me this sizing seems like setting 10bb on fire.
