Hi, this is for the Pro's,
Is being successful in tournaments blind luck?

Just finished 77th out of 1558 in a freeroll I have no idea how I managed it as I lost count of how many times I was forced to go all in, I started with 500 chips and 2 rebuys of 1000.
I have 2 successes made final table finished 8th on PKR $3.60 buy in and was in 16th on Coral can't remember the buy in now with a lot of chips so could have made final table but had to shove (real life got in the way) all the others were complete washout!

I'm not a pro.

Is being successful in tournaments blind luck? I'd say no. Is there luck involved? I'd say certainly.

When you see someone like pleno1 have the success he's had since switching over you have to give him some credit and can't say he's just been lucky.

Hi Ramble,
I've watched some of the EPT on here and they only bet when they have the cards, so he must get a good enough hand at the key moments to stay ahead of the blinds
