Preflop is fine.
On the flop we give away our hand by checking behind. I think it doesn't matter too much though since our opponent seems fishy. He will most likely not realize it.
Turn is an obvious call.
Fold on the river is a close spot against a recreational player. I don't see him bluffing very often and he shouldn't be value betting a lot of worse hands. At the same time he seems to be a bad player - so 22.5% equity doesn't seem completly unlikely. I guess the fold should be slightly beneficial - but it's a very close spot.
