I think I slowplayed it a bit too much, hmmm.

How would you play it on the flop and why ?

Turn is obvious IMO.

I would play the same, MP would mainly call the donk-bet with his draw-hands IP 3way, his raise rather mainly AQ, QQ, AA maybe some AK hands. I would 3bet on the flop, if SB would call the MP-raise on the flop, in this case you should protect more vs draw-hands.

Nothing wrong with your play imo.
If you 3bet on the flop your opponent might still fold.
Since a flushdraw would call anyways and will push the turn as well you don't lose value from it.
You basically just avoid FE against worse hands which is fine for me.
